Welcome to contrat.io, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Hypermetron (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Greece. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services.
By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use contrat.io.
1. Use of Service
Contrat.io provides a collaborative platform for managing Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) technical documentation, specifically Comment Review Sheets (CRS). By using our platform, you acknowledge that:
You are registering as a user and providing accurate information.
You may access the platform during a 30-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required.
You must not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized activities.
2. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Free Trial and Subscriptions
Trial Period: All users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to features.
Reminders: We will notify you at 3 day(s) before your trial ends.
Post-Trial: If no payment is made, your account subscription will be cancelled.
Subscription: Upon upgrade, you’ll choose between monthly or yearly plans, processed via Stripe.
Failed Payments: In case of failed payments, we may initiate a dunning process and grant a brief grace period of 1 hour.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are handled through Stripe.
We offer pro-rated refunds upon early cancellation, subject to a €5 processing fee if canceled within 3 days of payment.
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to contrat.io.
We do not claim rights or reuse user-submitted content unless explicitly permitted by you.
You may request removal of your content at any time.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise system integrity or security.
Upload malicious software or content that violates intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, and trademarks belong to Hypermetron. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party services.
Decisions you make based on data in our platform are your responsibility.
Use of contrat.io is at your own risk.
9. Privacy and Data
We collect your email, IP address, and other relevant personal data for account management and billing.
We use Google Analytics for traffic and usage tracking.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email.
Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
